She is survived by: her husband John Paul Sims of New Boston; her children, Shanna Tutt (Scottie Cowley), Brittany (Zachary Jasso) and John Jacob "Jake" (Jennifer Sims); her grandchildren, Ashley (Randy Hastings), Zander Jasso, Keilei Sims, Vallyn Sims and Denali Sims; and her siblings, Babs Crombie and Bob Seegers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
