She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Carrol and Virginia Inez Harrison Edge; her husband Joe Pat Kennedy; her sisters, Billie Jacqueline "Sissy" Leffingwell and Virginia Mae "Bitsy" Edge McCollom; and her grandson Erik James Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Simona LeCarol Kennedy of De Kalb, James Clinton "Buddy" Kennedy of De Kalb, Bowie Jay (Janice Kennedy) and Davis Paul Kennedy (Graham Cauthorn) of Golden, Colorado; her brothers, Paul Howard "Butch" Leffingwell and Robert Clint Edge (Bobbo); her grandchildren, Lacee Kennedy, Jennifer Fountain and Jaylyn Sprinkel; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Miller, Julianna Fountain, James Fountain, Landry Sprinkel and Cooper Sprinkel. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
