He is survived by: his children, Otis Moore, Jr. of Annona, Delbert Lee Moore of Amarillo, Marcus Moore of De Kalb, Texas, Betty Gray of De Kalb and Juanita Moore of De Kalb, Texas; his stepdaughter Ruby Ingram of Dallas, Texas; his siblings, Mack Moore, Jr. of Carlsbad, Arthur James Moore of Carlsbad, Bessie Moore of St. Louis, Ruby Coleman of Carlsbad, Betty Smith of Carlsbad, Carrie Allen of Los Angeles, California and Rosie Pinsett (Dorothy Moore) of Levittown; and his nieces, Nina Wyche and Tamara Jones. He is also survived by thirty two grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
