He was predeceased by: his mother Modester Dean; and his stepfather Nathaniel Jackson. He is survived by: his daughter Marika Henderson of De Kalb, Texas; his sister Marilyn; his brother-in-law Tommy Reese of Lancaster, Texas; his brothers, Carl Williams of De Kalb and Wayne (Brenda Dean); and his grandchildren, Damarius Henderson and Sadoria Felicia McClain. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
