She is survived by: her husband Ray Shumake of De Kalb, Texas; her godchildren, Manuel Urbina of De Kalb and Marleigh Urbina of De Kalb, Texas; her brother Robby; her siblings-in-law, Betty Bates of De Kalb, Texas, Warren Thibeaux of De Kalb, Boyd Wayne, Judy Shumake of Texarkana, Max Shumake of De Kalb, Texas, Shirley Shumake of De Kalb, David and Nancy Shumake of De Kalb, Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Kara Wallace (Brad) of St. Paul, Meredith Brooks (Jim) of Midland, Aimee Sims of Greenville, Texas, Jason Thibeaux (Kim) of New Boston and Robb Bates (Amanda) of De Kalb, Texas. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
