Lillie Payne Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillie Payne (De Kalb, Texas), who passed away on February 18, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Allie Payne, Sr.; her daughter Laura Chapa; her son-in-law John Hurd; and her grandchildren, Aurora Chapa and Curtis Kight.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Paul Miller), Elizabeth Hurd of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Leo Payne, Jr. of De Kalb, Texas; her brother Leo Smith of Hooks, Texas; her grandchildren, Aeron Miller, Aeric Miller, Sarah Miller, Allie Payne, Matthew Payne, Kaylee Payne, Cara Payne, Laura Payne, Jayson Payne, Lillie Hurd, Jonathan Hurd, Annah Hurd and Joseph Hurd; and her great grandchildren, Kason Kight, Kourtney Kight, Elijah Miller, Elissa Miller, Elias Miller, Nevaeh-K-Ann Tinnell, Ezekiel Bailey, Noah Bailey, Emberlyn Hurd, Elijah Hurd, Jayden Hurd, John Hurd, Addie Hooks, Dayton Bush and Hennelee Payne. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
