She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Belt and Mae Bell Caldwell Belt; her husband Bob Stiltz; and her brother Bobby Belt. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Terrie Newkirk), Jack Newkirk of Houston, Texas, Julie Newkirk (Tom Micklos) and Nichi (Rodney Phelps); her grandchildren, Jodie Graham, Cassie Bolen, Austin Phelps and Kelly Ariondo; and her sister-in-law Elaine Belt of Tyler, Texas. She is also survived by special friend; and numerous other family members and friends.
