He is survived by : his mother Velma McPeak Chapman of Avery, Texas; and his siblings, John D. Chapman of Avery, Kenneth B. (Carolyn Chapman), Carolyn Kaye (Hollis Roberts) and Rebecca Chapman Mayes of New Boston, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.
