We bid farewell to Gale Ramsey of De Kalb, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 13, 2025 at the age of 78. Gale touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Romans and Ola Burkhalter Romans; and her grandson Ty Frost. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Ramsey; her daughters, Kimberly (Jody McPeak), Connie Kinney (Rex) and Shannon (Clint Telford); her sister Marilyn; her brother-in-law David Martin of Simms, Texas; her brother James Romans of Jefferson, Texas; her grandchildren, Aaron Ramsey, Kenneth Willis Jr. (Lauren), Harley Mulkey (Caleb), Alan Willis, Samantha Kinney and Austin Pritchett (Tori); and her great grandchildren, Jayden Mulkey, Glaison Mulkey, Kennedy Willis, Koeburn Willis, Tripp Pritchett and Raleigh Pritchett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bates Family Funeral Home (601 E Front St, De Kalb, TX 75559). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
