It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Everette Norris Posey Jr. (De Kalb, Texas), born in Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Posey and Everette "Norris" Posey Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Williams and Rusty Posey (Sasha); his granddaughters, Kelsey Kolbek, Abby Williams, Kylie Posey, Mady Posey, Mackenzie Posey and Jillian Williams; his great grandchildren, Christian Kolbek and Chase Kolbek; and his sisters, Sherry White (Alton) and Karen Dukes (Michael). He is also survived by nieces, great nieces, great nephew, uncles, aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Everette Posey be made to the Hope Family Fellowship Building Fund, P.O. Box 933, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75483.
