He is survived by: his siblings, Elmer Neal of De Kalb, O. D. Neal of De Kalb, Texas, Faye Neal of Dallas and Betty Neal of New Boston, Texas; and his niece Wanda Schumpert of De Kalb, Texas. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
