She is survived by: her pet Skittles; her husband John Metcalf of De Kalb, Texas; and her children, Marvin Metcalf of De Kalb, Daniel Allen Metcalf of De Kalb, Texas, Janice (Paul Capolungo) and Sherry (Jessie Lane Singleton). She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
