She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Captain Albert Edward Rich and Louise Pearl Blackburn Rich; her husband Viesturs Pampe; her children, Michael Caruthers of Cleveland, Tennessee, Lisa Harbert of Summerville and Daphne Colson of Hephzibah, Georgia; and her sister Sara Lou Clark of Riverview, Florida. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
