He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Feagin and Mary Easter Ruckman Feagin; his brothers, James V. Feagin, Sr. and Lyndell McLaughlin; and his sister-in-law Karen D. Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette "Clyde" Feagin of De Kalb, Texas; his brother W. J. Feagin of Westlake, Louisiana; his mother-in-law Evelyn P. Cannon of De Kalb, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda G. Feagin of De Kalb, Jeanell Cannon of De Kalb, Cheryl Cannon-Hardy (Donnie) of Opelika, Alabama, George L. Cannon of Montgomery and William J. Allen, III of Midway, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that he loved; and other relatives and friends.
