He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ballew Yates of De Kalb, Texas; his daughter April LaCarol Yates of Ashdown, Arkansas; his siblings, Robby (Linda Yates), David Joe Yates of Foreman, Danny Jim (Cathy Yates) and Linda; and his brother-in-law Jesse Russell of Foreman, Arkansas. He is also survived by one grandchild; and numerous other relatives and friends.
