He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert A. Booth and Alice Levenia Baird Booth. He is survived by: his wife Paula Burrow Booth of De Kalb, Texas; his children, Anthony Wayne (Ashley Booth), Zachary (Samantha Booth) and Brandi JaNell; his son-in-law Dakota Elliott of Frankston, Texas; his sisters, Sarah (Richard Provence) and Lynda (Tim Grant); his grandchildren, Braelyn Booth, Luke Booth, Adaline Booth, Ethan Booth, Riley Cornett, William Cornett, Wyatt Elliott and Oaklynn Elliott; and his aunts, Frances Murphree of Florrisant, Jackie Kimble of De Kalb and Mary Combs of Mineola, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
