He is survived by: his wife Sue Hall Hamilton; his daughter Melanie; his son-in-law Dickie Payne; his sons, Clemons Hamilton, Bart Hamilton (Shana Woodson) and Bryce (Megan Hamilton); his grandchildren, Jenny Payne McMillan (Wade), Chase Payne (Sharon), Lottie Hamilton and Hatlee Hamilton; his sister Sara Joyce Gunn of Gilmer, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Paula Woodard, Janet Hall and Price Hamilton; and his close friends, Alice Giddens, Ocie Scott, Jr. and Due.
