She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Christy Phillips (Westbrook); her husband Leonard Bell; her son Jerry Bell; and her brother Leroy Phillips.
She is survived by: her brother Joe Phillips of Tyler, Texas; her daughter Jan Otts of Houston; her grandchildren, Bryan Daugherty (Theresa), Ross (Michelle Kovar), Russell (Nicholle Kovar) and Rachel (Blake Garland); her great grandchildren, Sara Wilson, Keirsten Garland, Katie Kovar, Tripp Garland, Cole Kovar and Jackie Kovar; and her great great grandchild Ava Garland. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
