She is survived by: her husband Eddie Meade of Dayton; her daughter Kinsey Windham (Eric) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Victoria Garcia (Octavio) of Lafayette and Atly Blackbird of Dayton; and her sibling Elza Smith (Roberta) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
