He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Ruth Tooley Newman and Kenneth "Bill" Ray McKeand; his nephews, Joshua and Kalup McKeand; his children, Joliene Hester (Jimmy) of Baytown, Jenny McKeand (Chris Riggs) of Dayton, Tracy Dale (Chris) of Dayton, Travis McKeand (Rachel) of Santa Fe, Lukas McKeand (Demi) of Port Bolivar and Sharon McKeand of Liberty; his grandchildren, Mackenzee, Kylah, Kaden, Blayne, Khloe, Teslynn, Braden, Jade, Scarlett, Travis and Bryson; and his siblings, Billy McKeand (Stacey) of Dayton, Ricky McKeand (Tina) of Dayton and Tammy McKeand (Melisa) of Dayton. He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
