With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Melvin Havard (Dayton, Texas), born in Jacinto City, Texas, who passed away on September 12, 2018 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Havard and Cora Edna Havard (Cryer); his daughter Robin Havard; and his sons-in-law, Bill Spears and Mike Whitten.

He is survived by: his friend Melvin; his spouse Geneva Ann Havard; his daughters, Terry Spears and Pamela Whitten; and his grandchildren, Tammy Nichols, Sandy Spears, Heather Aldaco, Glen Smith and Donna Maddy. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; by other family and dear friends.
