He is survived by: his mother Linda Rose Toups (Harrington) of Houston, TX; his sons, Teson James Toups Jr. of Crosby, TX and Jaydan Thad Toups of Spring, TX; and his siblings, Donald Toups of LaPorte, TX and Charin Givens of Highlands, TX.
