He is survived by: his parent Stephen Blair Holder, Sr.; his spouse Kailey Thamm Holder; his son Hollis Blair Holder; his grandparents, Loretta Casey, Sherry Morace and Eddie Morace, Sr.; and his siblings, Mason Holder, Dilan Holder, Ausalyn Wheeler, Tiara Hazlett and Casey Holder. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family and treasured friends.
