He is survived by: his parents, Sergio Trevizo, Sr. and Lorena Trevizo; his grandmother Apolonia Trevizo of Dallas; his siblings, John Krueger (Nicole Michalka) of St. Louis, MO, Eric Krueger of Dayton and Bioleta Castillo of Fort Worth; and the mother of his children Kristi Chapman of Dayton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, and cousins.
