Perkins of Livingston; his daughter Jessica Graham (Shawn); his stepdaughter Veronica Perkins of Dayton; his siblings, Billy Shoemaker, Edana, Mike Bush, Kenneth Smith (Jessica) and Amanda Slezak (J. R.); and his grandchildren, Alaina Cofty, Jaycee Cofty and Mary Perkins.
