He was predeceased by: his father John Christian; his son Dale Eizenhoefer; and his sister Candy Eizenhoefer. He is survived by: his wife Lola Eizenhoefer of Dayton; his siblings, Richard Eizenhoefer (Annie) and Carrie Beth Defillippi of California; his children, Jessica Hargus (Buck) of Arkansas and Daniel Hall (Laura) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Vincent Minervine of Kingwood, Noah Coyle of Arkansas and Amelia Hall of Washington. He is also survived by other loving friends and relatives.
