He is survived by: his daughter Hanna Heath; and his siblings, Ron Boerman (Michelle), Thom Boerman (Anne), Scott Boerman (Jill), Laura Meade (Jeff) and Kelley Trenary. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
