She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert R. Meadows and Arliss Meadows; and her son Douglas Charles Chaney. She is survived by: her husband Dwight Douglas Chaney; her daughter Rena Mobley (Hugh); her brother James Raymond Meadows (Mary); her grandchildren, Emilie Downs (Joshua), Michael Chaney (Amanda), Markus Chaney, Matthew Chaney, Trace Mobley, Bryson Mobley and Chaney Beth Mobley; and her great grandchildren, James Downs, Maddison Chaney, Mason Chaney and Jacob Downs. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
