He is survived by: his wife Wilma Irene Colgan Allen; his sons, Othal "Dale" Allen (Renea), Robert "Glenn" Allen (Jackie) and Russell "Russ" William Allen; his brother Tommy Allen; his grandchildren, Dallas Allen, Heather V. Allen Watson (Anthony), Christina E. Allen, Tiffany A. Allen Neibch (Roger), Jennifer I. Allen Stamm (Tyler), Tabitha A. Allen Mifflin (Miles) and Russell W. Allen, Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Edith Colgan Pettinheo (Robert) and Shirley Colgan Goodwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
