He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bradshaw and Verna Tuggle Bradshaw. He is survived by: his wife Karen Bradshaw; his daughter Karissa Fields; his grandson Austin Fields; and his siblings, Raymond Bradshaw (Lisa), Steve Bradshaw, Carolyn Stringfellow, Barbara Brewer and Janice Bedwell (Randy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
