He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Deason and Ludy Brister Deason; and his brothers, Roland Deason, Ronnie Deason and Royce Deason.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Deason; his children, Renee Deason, Tim Deason (Suzan), Gary Deason, Terry Deason (Barbara), Ronnie Deason and Shawn Deason (Melinda); and his siblings, Mike Deason and Joann Pollard. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
