It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Wayne Stewart (Dayton, Texas), born in Center, Texas, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall P Stewart and Ada Mae Stewart; his nephew David "Bubba" Lunsford Jr.; and his siblings, Rex Eddins, Tiny Bennett, Josephine Newell, Marshall Bruce Stewart and Pat Lunsford.
He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Duke Stewart (Rita); his nephew Michael Stewart (Kathy); his nieces, Theresa Parker, Brenda Ann Rogers, Brenda Kay Ontiveros (Charles), Christine Stewart Payne and Amy Lynn Martorell (Max); and his children, Eddie Criddle (Carol), Laura Dyson (Ray), Henry Criddle (Linda), Victor Criddle (Jill), Roberta Phillips Garcia (Hector) and Betty Lynn Spoden. He is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
