She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Edward Dunstan and Mary Olah Parker Dunstan; and her son Thomas Ray Deckert. She is survived by: her husband Jay Wayne Worthen; her children, Anna Marie Deckert, Michael Allen Deckert (Rita), Helga Deckert and Chris Jon-David Worthen (Jenna); her sister Willie Weemes (Billy); and her sisters-in-law, Marie Evans (Skip) and Jeanie Nulph (Lewis). She is also survived by many numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
