She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Couts and Caroline Odell Baggerman Couts; her husband William Elee "Bill" Bridges, Sr.; her son Sunshine Ernest Bridges; her grandson Randy Platson; and her siblings, Linda Couts, Charlotte Couts and Carl Couts.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Bridges, Jr., Selena Cryer (Wayne), Shauna Bridges (Robert McKinney) and Casey Bridges Smith (Joshua Smith, Sr.); her siblings, John Couts, Joe Couts (Cheryl), Clint Couts (Gaylynn), Bill Couts (Janice), Charlie Couts (Candy) and Janice Pool (Keith); her grandchildren, Amy Bridges, Kali Bridges, Seth Cryer, Eli McKinney, Waylon McKinney, Joshua Smith, Jr., Ryan Smith, Trevor Smith, Summer Bridges, Scotty Sandafor, Heather League and Bailey McKinney; and her great grandchildren, Emma Richardson and Lilah Dumont. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.
