She is survived by: her husband George Floyd, Jr.; her children, Kory Smith and Kandice Smith; her stepchildren, Tiffany Joseph (Michael), Amber Williams (Joseph Chitwood) and Jay Floyd (April); her sister Marsha Perez; her grandchildren, Prycilla Barrett, Kyle Barrett, Bailee Barrett, Audrey Joseph, Adam Joseph, Ayden Williams, Gabriel Williams, Lydia Williams, Mason Chitwood, McKenzie Chitwood, Hudson Chitwood, Savannah Lezak and Bryce Lezak; her nieces and nephews, Kelsi and Aaron Cook; her great-nephew Owen; her niece Presley; and her mother Lisa. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
