It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Faye Smith of Dayton, Texas, born in San Augustine, Texas, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Peters and Althia Howard Peters; her husband Joe Smith; her siblings, Lois Scarbrough, Connie Clements and Doyle Peters; and her grandson Christopher Sowell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Holland (Gene) of Raywood and Rita Frizzell of Dayton, Texas; her grandchildren, Candace DeLeon (Charlie) of Stephens City, Virginia, Joey Frizzell of Dayton, Keith Holland (Stacey) of Hardin, Kevin Holland (Dawn) of Liberty and Kenneth Holland (Whitney) of Raywood, Texas; her great grandchildren, Laci, Daniel, Logan, Baleigh, McKenzie, Ethan and Averi; and her siblings, Aubrey Peters (Doris) of Hardin, Bonnie Norris of Tennessee, Margaret Hoffman of Hockley and Maurice Peters of Dayton, Texas. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
