He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester M. Lewis and Peggie Kohler Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Susie Lewis; his sons, Lester Lewis, Jr. and Chris Lewis (Altus); his grandchildren, Sara Lewis, Christopher Lewis Jr. and Alexander Lewis; and his sisters, Theo Smith and Leslie Torrey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
