He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his son David Allen; his friends, Kenneth Perry, Vance Lee and Christopher Troy; and his grandsons, David Wayne Friend (Tiffany) of Dayton and Michael Perry. He is also survived by his four Great-grandchildren; his numerous siblings; his many nieces and nephews.
