We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2019, at the age of 70, Josephine Russo Payne (Dayton, Texas), born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Russo and Nell Virginia Knighton Russo; and her parents-in-law, Herman, Muriel Payne, Gary "Buzz" Payne, Pat and Roy Cantrell.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Harold Payne; her children, Bobbie Jo Payne Bennett (Mark), Ben Payne (Sherry), Regina Payne Ressler (Randy) and Shanna Payne Lahti (David); her grandchildren, Drake Bennett, Luke Bennett, Grayson Ressler, Matthew Payne, Steven Payne and Chloe Lahti; her siblings, Ginger Mosley (Jesse) and Bill Russo (Melissa); and her siblings-in-law, Sherman Payne (Linda), Susie Payne, Scharlene Prazak (Johnny) and Barbara Watson (Buck). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and many friends.
