He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Mary Pyka and Joseph Adolph Dusak, Sr.; his daughters, Susie Cooley and Jamie Burton; and his sisters, Wanda White and Eleanora Mary Karbowski.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia DeLuna (Louis) of Dayton and Joseph Dusak, III of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Cassie DeLuna, Breanna Sorensen, Blake Burton and Stephanie DeLuna. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
