She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Alexander Belt and Alma Charlton Belt; her husband L. J. Chachere; and her siblings, Bob Belt, Cleo Watts, Lillie Pearl Hopson and Opal Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Luke Chachere (Julie) of Dayton, Rob Chachere (Suzanne) of Dayton, Jeff Chachere (Donna) of Mansfield, Matt Chachere (Alicia) of Dayton and Nannette Chachere Walker (Robert) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Brad Chachere (Aimee), Lukas Chachere (Makenna), Elizabeth Chachere, Jonathan Chachere (Shelby), Andy Walker (Kylie), Rebecca Chachere Garvin (Tyler), Samantha Pasalic, Leighton Chachere Gibson (Welsey), Scott Chachere (Bayli), Emma Chachere, Wesley Walker (Alex), Kyle Spence and Logan Chachere; her stepgrandchildren, Marcie Walker Baker (Andy), Cody Walker (Meredith) and Mandy Walker Reeves (Brett); her great grandchildren, Stockton, Colton Chachere, Athena Spence, Hallie Chachere, Marshall, Ellie Garvin and Lennon Chachere; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Bailee, Rylee Walker, Jaycee, Noah Hueske, Blakely Reeves, Shayne and Camryn Baker; her siblings-in-law, Gail Graves of Richmond and Kathy Fry of Dayton; and her caregiver Kim Mittag. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
