He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hayward and Frances Mildred Williams Johnson; and his brother Joe Johnson. He is survived by: his son Dwayne Johnson; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Johnson, Kristy Johnson Heath (Levi), Victoria Leann Worley (Shane), Brittany Nicole Adkins (Jeremy) and Elizabeth Grace Johnson; and his brother Billy Randall (Pura). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
