He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita; his children, Regina Duncan (Tommy Jr.), Ricky (Rose) and James (Mischelle); his grandchildren, Dwayne, Katrina, Samantha, Jodi, Tommy III, Steven, Ricky Jr., James Jr. and Dustin; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Hunter, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Seth, Dominic, Celeste, Tommy IV, Weston and Daniel; and his great great grandchild Brantley. He was also cherished by his siblings, extended family, and dear friends.
