He was predeceased by: his father James Henry; and his wife Betty McKeand. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Billy McKeand (Stacey) of Dayton, Ricky McKeand of Dayton and Tammy McKeand of Dayton; his sisters, Mary Lee James of Portland, Joanne Neill of Houston and Barbara Owens of Liberty; and his sister-in-law Helen Ruth Weldon of Blair, Oklahoma. He is also survived by children; his many nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
