He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, A. C. Dulaney and Minnie Lou Sillas Dulaney; his wife Arvie L. Dulaney; his children, Allen Dulaney (Pat) and Arvie Lee Dulaney; and his siblings, Oliver (Carol), Beatrice and Charlotte. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
