With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerrelle Reeves Sr. of Dayton, Texas, born in Mont Belvieu, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis "Monk" Willard Reeves and Willie Mae Dugat; his children, Debra Reeves, Tadpole Reeves, Tommy Reeves, Cathy Brown, Clinney Reeves, Kenneth Reeves and James Ray Reeves; his sisters, Jeanette Hatcher, JoAnne Thornton, Willa Dean Parker and Janice Barton; and his in-law Cecil Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Reeves; his siblings, Jackie Reeves of Dayton, Theresa Davis of Jasper and Donny Reeves (Linda) of Seguin; his children, Linda Noe of Dayton, Charlie Reeves (Tina) of Anahuac, Anita Brown (Jerry) of Dayton, Patricia Reeves of Dayton, Jason Reeves (Ashley) of Kilgore, Cindy Kirby (Joey) of Barbers Hill and Arline Reeves of Dayton; and his son-in-law Alvin Brown of Dayton. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reeves Cemetery.
