He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Perry and Hamlin Perry. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Perry; his daughters, Carolyn (Lonny) and Tonya (Eric); his grandchildren, Tyler, Lexey, Ashtin and Dustin; and his siblings, Marsha Milburn (Larry), Christi McCreight (Durwin) and Dana Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
