She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rodrick Fielder and Era Alice Wells Fielder; her husband Edward Laza; her daughter Priscilla Laza; her brothers, Robert Fielder, Wells Thomas "Tom" Fielder and John Charles "Buddy" Fielder; her grandmother Sue Barker; and her granddaughter-in-law Jodie Laza.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Edward Laza (Alice) of Hondo and Randy Paul Laza (Kathie) of Dayton; her grandsons, Michael Laza, Paul Laza (Crystal), Frank Laza (Jennifer) and Travis Laza (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Jade-Michael Laza, Wayne Laza, Lexie Laza and Cecilia Laza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
