He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Culling Partin and Letha Arlene Mosburg Partin; and his sister Linda Partin. He is survived by: his wife Serita Partin; his children, Christopher Spillman (Chelsea), Connor Partin (Summer Glass) and Rachel Ingram (Joshua); his grandson Peyton Strickland; his brother Greg Partin (Carolyn); his parents-in-law, Rosemary and Ray Mozingo; his sister-in-law Kathryn Mozingo; his nieces and nephews, Wade Partin, Timothy Don (Lily), Brittany Partin and Haley Don (Joel); and his great-nephew Wesley Partin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
