He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Frances Turner Hoffman; and his daughter Pamela Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Robin Hoffman of Dayton; his children, Jessica Hoffman of La Porte, Anna Holcomb of Baytown and Jacob Gifford of Dayton; his siblings-in-law, Louise Bargy (Wint Seal) of Dayton and Robert L. Bargy; his nephews, Jay Bird Phillips and Baby Harold Phillips; and his close friend Harold Phillips. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
